Returning to exercise after an injury can be a trying time. It’s common for anyone who has been kept away from his or her favorite activities to experience feelings of boredom, frustration, depression and/or anxiety. Becoming active again and staying fit can go a long way to alleviating those feelings for most clients. It is equally important to have the support of an understanding, knowledgeable and committed trainer who understands the importance of looking at fitness from a long term perspective.
I will design an exercise program that fits within the framework of a rehabilitative program.
We will review the nature and extent of your injury, any physical therapy programs, and what restrictions you may be under as a result. I will design focused exercise routines to restore, strengthen, and reduce the risk of further injury.
*Before beginning training after an injury, it is important that you are given clearance by your physician.*
