Pre & Post Natal

WHO NEEDS THIS?

For any pregnancy, having a baby is one of the biggest challenges you can put your body through.  As Olympians train for the biggest competition of their lives, so should you!  This is your event of a lifetime!


There are two phases that we need to prepare your body for; pre-natal and post-natal.  Each of these time periods require different training techniques and exercises.  Learn to workout safely throughout all phases of your pregnancy and recovery.


I will teach you to prepare for the physiological changes of pregnancy and understand the physical demands of motherhood.  I teach important foundational techniques that will help you improve your core strength, mitigate pains & injuries, and expedite your postpartum recovery.
