There are two phases that we need to prepare your body for; pre-natal and post-natal. Each of these time periods require different training techniques and exercises. Learn to workout safely throughout all phases of your pregnancy and recovery.
I will teach you to prepare for the physiological changes of pregnancy and understand the physical demands of motherhood. I teach important foundational techniques that will help you improve your core strength, mitigate pains & injuries, and expedite your postpartum recovery.
