Jaime B.S.: Ok yesterday was my W3D7 and I am done and really proud of myself. This really was a challenge for me as I love sugar and it is my biggest weakness. I do plan on continuing in a modified W3 manner. I lost 2 inches on my hips, waist, and breast and a total of 8 pounds. I walked 20 minutes every day and added crunches. I have been feeling great and full of energy.
James S.: I completed my 21 days this past Sunday and while the scale did go up at the end, I still feel like I've had amazing progress. I'm down 2 pants sizes, have more energy, and sleep is easier to find. Bloating & stomach issues were major problems for me prior to the #pure21wellnesschallenge, and have both had major improvements! I'm definitely going to continue with the maintenance kit.
Gina S.: We did it!! We feel better. We have more energy. Between the two of us we lost over 16 pounds!! More importantly we have changed our thought patterns! Out plan is to continue eating a cleaner diet. Seeing is truly believing!! The first pictures are before we started and the last pictures are from this morning 3/14/22.
Johanna C.: I did it! I made it through the 21 days without any faltering or interruptions. I lost a total of 16 pounds and I really wish I took measurements, but I know I’ve lost inches all over. More importantly is what I gained: I have better mobility in my lower back and hips, joint pain improved dramatically, I learned SO much about fueling my body with whole nutritious foods and gained a long lost confidence that I so desperately needed again. I’m am truly happy and grateful for this experience and I am NOT stopping now!
Amy S: In 2017, I had a double mastectomy and TRAM flap breast reconstruction. This left me with permanently compromised core muscles and constant bloating and belching issues. An unexpected result of Pure 21 is relief of both of these issues!
Ana M. (40yo): When I reached 40 years old my body began to change, I no longer saw very well, I got tired very quickly, I suffered from headaches, then I decided to make a change. No matter how much I drank teas, I went on diets, the only thing I did was go from 181 pounds down to 179 pounds and that's how I I maintained it for a long time after giving birth to my 4th daughter…I finished the last day of Pure 21 with 165 pounds, but with a different mentality! It was a general change in my life! I continued with the Maintenance Kit and today, like every Monday, I went to the scale and….hit my goal!

Cristy M.C.: I completed my 21 days and feel amazing!! My gut health has always been a concern and I can for sure feel how much this program has helped. I still have a long way to go but it’s for sure a great start. I was able to loose 20 lbs which I did not expect. I wake up ready to get my day going because I sleep so much better! I’ll be sticking to this way if life long after my 21 days.
Machelle S.: Here are my results after 21 days; (REMEMBER this was NO EXERCISE). I notice my clothes are looser, and I really notice a difference in my profile pictures. Overall, I am down 15.2 lbs; and 14.25 inches, my numbers for my BMI, Body Fat %, Total Body Water and Muscle Mass are also moving in the right direction. From this day forward, I will continue with the changes, and I will have "Treat" days (they are not "Cheat" days, because they are a reward) but they will not be every day. I feel better overall, I am sleeping better and feel like I have more energy. Continuing with the maintenance doesn't seem like it will be an issue.
